Privacy policy

This policy covers mugentrading.io. It says what we collect, why, who else sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it changed or deleted.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Your email address, when you join the waitlist, with the time, which form you used, the page address (including any campaign tags in it) and the version of the sign-up text you saw. We use it to send launch news and product updates, and to prove you agreed to them.
  • Your survey answers, if you give them: the platform you use, how you get data, your prop firm and the features you want. We use them to decide what to build and which emails are relevant to you.
  • Server logs: your IP address, the page you asked for, the referring page, your browser's user agent and the time. We use them to keep the site running and secure, and to count visits and sign-ups.

We keep no database of our own. Your address and answers are stored with our email provider (below). To stop one person from flooding the form, the server remembers an address for ten minutes, in memory only.

Why, and on what basis

  • Launch news and product updates: your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming by email.
  • Proof of that consent: our legal obligation and legitimate interest.
  • Survey answers: your consent. Every question is optional.
  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in a working, secure site.

Who else sees it

  • Kit (kit.com), our email provider. It stores the list and sends our emails, including the confirmation email.
  • Our hosting, which runs the site and keeps its logs: Cloudflare, Inc., in the United States.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

In the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, your data is transferred there under the safeguards our providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Your email address and answers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
  • Proof of consent: as long as we keep your address, and for a while after, in case we need to show it.
  • Server logs: up to 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We count visits and sign-ups from our own server logs. We do not track you across other sites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent or object to how we use it. Email contact@mugentrading.io. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date. Effective: October 14, 2026.
